Working on OC12 between Colorado and Tennessee. Customer is hanging Ceterus Networks Universal Transport System on each end. Getting SS bit mismatch alarm on Tennessee side Ceterus UTS 1000. Ceterus box can see OC12 facility loopback but cannot see STS12c 1-way crossconnect "hairpin" loopback in same node. Investigating at this time.
