Completed DS3 Hotcut

I joined the conference bridge with the customer and completed hotcut of DS3 circuit from one router to another router. Hotcut was comleted in the Alcatel iMTN Broadband Digital Crossconnect system. Deleted current circuit and mapped future circuit. Hotcut was successful.
