OC12 Continuity Issue

Customer OC12 circuit will not come up. I logged in to NEC 2400 node at Denver, Colorado. I see LOS loss of signal on both working and protect. Bridged in CPA LEC telco and IXC fiber tech and arranged vendor meet and handoff location for first AM the following morning.
