Testing DS3 With Qwest

qwest/jerry xxx-xxx-xxxx calling in says he asked his field tech to provide a hard loopback at the extended demarc.......however, his field tech advised that qwest cannot provide hard loop at extended demarc.....says this will need to be provided by the customer......customer lcon/fran xxx-xxx-xxxx provided hard loopback at extended demarc however router xx-xx-xx SER 5/1/3 does not see this loop.....router is good to soft loop at customer premise mux from qwest/jerry but cannot see hard loop at extended demarc from lcon/fran........qwest will dispatch to extended demarc for vendor meet at this time.......doug kenline xxx-xxx-xxxx
