AlcaLu Touts IP Upgrades

LONDON -- Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU - message board)'s wireline chief says the company is focused on gaining more share of the routing market, and that it aims to do that through investments in technologies such as Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and policy management.
