Sprint, Cisco reveal WAN solution

Sprint’s business sales channels are now offering a WAN solution, jointly developed by Sprint and Cisco, featuring Cisco’s 3G Wireless WAN high-speed WAN Interface Card (HWIC).

Sprint said it is the only carrier giving customers the choice to leverage wireless connectivity (with security) directly to a multiple protocol label switching (MPLS) VPN-based network, via Sprint’s Data Link network or a wireless solution.
