Sprint to offer new Cisco laptop card for Rev A speeds
July 10, 2007 (Computerworld) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. announced a $99-a-month, flat-rate business service for wireless wide area network connections from a new laptop card from Cisco Systems Inc.
The card/service combo is uniquely designed to give users a choice of connecting wirelessly to a business' own Multiple Protocol Label Switching-based network, with a virtual private network, or wirelessly through the public Internet, Sprint officials said in a statement yesterday.
