I worked in Internap's NOC for about 2 years. It was a great fast pace environment and they pounded in our heads about customer satisfaction. Constantly updating training. The NOC has real loud voice in company matters and direction. They also center the whole company around the NOC. I've worked in may NOC's and my time at Internap will not be forgotten and is BY FAR THE BEST. Great company to work for and to work with (I ordered Internap services when I took my new position).
