Can't ping

Serial 1/0 on router 1 is up/up to Serial 1/0 on router 2.

However, Router 1 is not able to ping IP address of Serial 1/0 on router 2.

I was able to ping before. Don't know why I can't ping now.

Still getting pretty bad system resource grinding.
