Saving Dynamips Router Configs

You can save router configurations to a file by means of the command:

export /all /root/vnuml/tests/vnuml-dynamips/config

Read more here.

Looks like for me it worked for R2 but not for R1.

The routers seem to be working without any resource draining or XP system grinding at this time. Perhaps the idlepc fix did the trick. My next big pressing issue is to figure out how to save the router configs. It appears that I am saving the configs for router 2 but not for router 1. See above photo for details.

I would also like to see or draw out the implied network topology of dynamips simple1.net lab. Obviously there are two routers. At this time I have to assume the serial interfaces are directly connected to each other via T1 lines. Bandwidth says 1.544 Meg.

I guess this topology might be for using 8 T1 lines to connect two remote LAN's. Seems like it might be better to use a fractional DS3. I guess there's more than one way to skin a cat in everything you do.

Investigating further at this time.
