Reston Regional Library

I'm in Reston Regional Library connected to wi-fi ffxlib network. Speakeasy says 20650 kbps down and 18298 kbps up. Not too shabby.

The place is busy. Lots of people. I came in looking for a table near a power outlet. All such workstations occupied. I am at center table with no power outlet running on battery power. I noted the power-up time and will see how long I can run on battery power. Library closes at 6 pm ET on Sundays.

I have nice hot cup of coffee from convenience store purchased on way in. They let you drink coffee at the tables here. Sign says "Covered Drinks Welcome."

I'm listening to the Redskins game on my Sprint iC902 Motorola handset. I get NFL Live free on my phone from Sprint and can listen to any NFL game on my cell phone. I have a nice pair of earbuds that came with the phone.

Redskins are fighting to come from behind against the winless Rams. This is big-time Redskins country here in Reston, Virginia. Oddly enough I was a big Redskins fan as a kid growing up in Canon City, Colorado. Fell in love with the 1972 Redskins when they went to Super Bowl VII and lost to the undefeated Miami Dolphins 7 - 14.

Quite the wireless technology setup I've got here. I may even get some studying done.
