One of the most common mistakes candidates make when preparing for the Voice Lab exam (after under-estimating the task ahead) lies in their strategic planning. That is not to say people don’t have a strategy- on the contrary most people do have an opinion on what the best approach to take is. No, it’s not the lack of a configuration strategy that is the problem. It’s the lack of a verification strategy and more to the point the lack of a strategy to ensure the dial plan that has been implemented has met all of the requirements.
