Then when I press Enter to continue the window goes away and the other window says "Shutdown in progress... Shutdown completed."

.bin file name doesn't match .image file name but it didn't match before and I had it up and working then. They were both c7200-jk's though. Now I got a C3640-jk.bin with a C7200-jk.image. I wonder if that makes a difference.
I think the # sign means comment line, so that .image file in there shouldn't make a difference.
Investigating further at this time.

How do you expect a 3640 image to work on a 7200 platform (that's how you've defined the routers in Dynamips)?
