Investigating further into Ahmed's comments...

Try to do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete and look at your task manager to see if DynaMIPS is already running. You might see something like a dynamips-wxp or something like that still running on that hypervisor port that it uses.

I see dynagen.exe and dynamips.exe are running but I don't see any dynamips-wxp or anything like that.
