The best study aid I have found is using real equipment. If you go to www.CiscoKits.com and click on their CCNP link and then click CCNP Certification Kits, http://www.ciscokits.com/ccnp-certification-kits/ you will see that their Standard, Standard Plus and Premium CCNP kit covers ALL the labs scenarios as if you went to the Cisco Academy as the topology matches! I was able to do well over 100 different labs. It was awesome experience.
