account team calling in to advise customer still seeing errors......i see router up/up with PPP encapsualtion......i didn't think i would be able to ping with PPP encapsulation, but i tried anyway, and i was able to ping my own ip address 100% good wit zero dropped packets....i pinged 100 times and then pinged 10,000 times.....i will copy and paste the ping results below.....i was suprised that i could ping with encapsulatin set to PPP.....but there it was....and then i tried again and i couldn't do it....i tried again and again and i was not able to repeat the ping test......don't know what happened......don't know why i was able to ping at first but then never able to ping again.....but i do see router up/up with incrementing packets input and incrementing packets output.....interface is holding steady with zero errors for 43 minutes and 55 seconds at this time......doug kenline
