Regarding: DS3 circuit install.

i checked Cisco 15454 t3 at end of sprint network and see good signal....i checked Cisco 12000 router and see up/up (looped) with good extended ping.....i opened circuit at end of sprint network.....router sees loop go away.........i called and spoke to spa telco carrier/verizon.....verizon says central office has hard loop up facing sprint.......i advised verizon that sprint router is seeing this loop good.......verizon will turn ticket in to central office to have loop removed and continue troubleshooting telco network at this time......doug kenline
